Not investment advice

TieoutIQ is software for registered investment advisers. Nothing on this site (and no output of the product) is investment, legal, or tax advice. Analyses and proposals must be reviewed and adopted by a registered adviser before client delivery.

Product access

Access to the TieoutIQ workspace is governed by a separate written agreement with each firm (including design-partner and pilot terms). These website terms don't grant a license to the product.

Intellectual property

The TieoutIQ name and this site's content belong to us. Third-party names appear only to identify their owners' products and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this website. Your use of the product itself is governed by your firm's written agreement, not these terms.
