Annual billing costs ten months instead of twelve. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the month, and there is no onboarding fee. Prices in USD, excluding any local sales tax or VAT.
Common questions
How do I sign up?
Today, through the design-partner program. We are onboarding a small group of founding firms by hand so that we hear about every rough edge. Self-serve signup opens after that.
What counts as a seat?
One person with their own login. Advisors and the operations or paraplanning staff who prepare the work both need one, because the correction log records who changed what.
Can I use my own model portfolios?
Proposals currently compare against three built-in allocations. Firm-specific models are on the roadmap and are one of the things design partners are shaping.
What about integrations?
There are none today. Statements go in as PDFs, and results come out as PDF and Excel. CRM and portfolio-accounting integrations are on the roadmap, not in the product.
Is my data used for training?
No. Nothing you upload trains a model. Extraction runs on infrastructure we host, and the security page sets out how.
Do you have SOC 2?
Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. SOC 2 Type II is on our compliance roadmap and the observation window begins with our first production firms.
